A yearly workshop for Year 3&4 students with residency directors answering student questions.

These workshops address the following topics:
- How important is the interview to the final selection process?
- Interview dos and don'ts.
- What is the most effective way to ensure that students communicate the strengths of their application?
- What should students bring with them to the interview? (e.g., CV, manuscript)
- What questions should students be prepared to ask?
- Should a student initiate a discussion about a weakness in their record? (e.g. failed a class, failed Step 1, etc.)
- How should a student respond to a question about a weakness in their record?
- Is it likely that students will be asked medical knowledge questions during an interview in your specialty.
- What type of follow-up with the program is appropriate or expected?
- How important to the utimate ranking is an applicants' stated enthusiasm for a particular program?
