Basic Science Honors: optional
USMLE Step 1 Boards: score at least 200
USMLE Step 2 Boards: score at least 200
Research experience: optional

Election to AOA: is optional

Community service, work ethic and motivation.

Diverse background, surgical specialties and orthopedic surgery.
